Experts help Florida cemetery become state’s first to earn arboretum accreditation

UF/IFAS Extension partnered with the city of Tavares to achieve Florida’s first cemetery accredited as an arboretum, featuring over 30 labeled tree and shrub species with QR codes for public education and plans to expand to 100 species.
