the manufacturer of The Perfect Plant, a customizable kiosk
for independent garden centers, is now working with Walters Gardens and Garden Debut. This addition provides even more actively marketed plants
for garden center employees and customers to search at available garden
centers. “It is exciting to work with these great companies,” says Ken
Klopp, business development manager for Marketing Garden. “They see the
value of The Perfect Plant for the industry and want to help
their customers better serve their local communities.”
Walters
Gardens and Garden Debut join Proven Winners, Bailey Nurseries, Plant
Select, Power Flowers, and several other brands who are making their
products available within The Perfect Plant. “The support from industry
leaders like these is propelling our mission of helping garden centers
solve challenges and to reach customers in a new and exciting way,” Klopp said.
In addition to selecting plants from available vendors,
garden centers can upload their own plants and edit the information
making it completely customizable to their store and geography. The
Perfect Plant also has built in features to aid in identifying weeds and
bugs along with appropriate solutions the garden center recommends. In
addition to having the kiosk in-store to help customers, garden centers
can choose to have the program on their website too.
