MANHATTAN, Kan. -- Online registration has opened for this year's NurseryWorks conference, which will be July 17-18 at the Kansas State University Alumni Center in Manhattan, Kan.
The event is directed toward ornamental nursery crop producers, both field and container-grown. Conference topics are designed to increase participants' knowledge and understanding of nursery production techniques and technologies as well as business and marketing information.
Prominent local and nationally-known speakers are on the program, which also includes hands-on workshops at Blueville Nursery, focusing on the theme of nursery automation.
Registration is $125 per person. For businesses registering five or more people, the fee for the first registration is $125 and the fee for additional registrations is $100. Student and Extension Agent fee is $50. Scholarships for students & agents are available. Email crboyer@ksu.edu for information. There is a $30 registration fee for online participation.
Registration deadline is Monday, July 8. A $15 late fee will apply to all registrations received after July 8.
