Antioch, Calif., project gets $780,000 in federal stimulus money


A project that reuses water for landscaping at parks and green spaces throughout the city of Antioch has been tapped for federal stimulus dollars.
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation awarded a nearly $781,000 contract to Delta Diablo Sanitation District as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the agency announced last week. The bureau is part of the Department of the Interior.
