As of May 31, 2019, all businesses that collect and remit sales taxes in Colorado or those that sell into Colorado will need to comply with a new state sales tax law. Given the complexities of the new law, CNGA has spearheaded the addition of an educational session at ProGreen EXPO to provide additional details and to answer growers' questions. It's scheduled for Friday, Feb. 8, from 9:15 - 10:45 a.m. Presenters will explain the new tax laws, how businesses can manage the change and provide specific examples of how the new law will impact invoicing and delivery.
