BASF Crop Protection, Research Triangle Park, N.C., agreed to provide limited access to triticonazole fungicide to Bayer Environmental Science, Germany.

Bert Singleton, HammockSource, Greenville, N.C., died Dec. 20, 2007. He was 44.
