Offered through OSU Extended Campus in partnership with the Oregon Department of Agriculture, the course was designed to reduce the risk of Phytophthora disease in ornamental nurseries.
The course is divided into three modules: Biology, symptoms and diagnosis; disease management; and Phytophthora ramorum.
Each module takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. There are practice questions at the end of each module so participants can test themselves on what they have learned.
