Oregon launches pilot BMP program

Oregon Department of Agriculture is looking for volunteer nurseries to participate in a pilot program to reduce the impact of Phytophthora ramorum, the fungus that causes sudden oak death. The Grower Assisted Inspection Program is designed to empower nurseries to do their own inspections and adopt management practices that lessen the likelihood of finding P. ramorum and other Phytophthora species.
