Midwest Groundcovers is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul R. Pirkle to the position of president.
Paul brings extensive experience in executive leadership, sales team training and business operations to Midwest from positions in recycling brokerage and commercial printing servicing the Fleet, Retail, OEM and consumer products markets. Paul holds an MBA from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Minor in Management from Hanover College and has a proven track record of visionary leadership, strategy development and team collaboration.
"I am excited to be a part of the Midwest Groundcovers team,” says Paul. "We produce high quality product in lovely nurseries with exceptional people who have a customer-first attitude. It's a perfect combination."
He most recently served as president of Mid America Paper Recycling, a $50M national recycling firm and scrap processor, where he initiated KPI and tracking processes for production and inventory, launched a comprehensive marketing plan and developed a large account management program.
