Centennial Blush star magnolia is a 2014 introduction to the First Edition plants line from Bailey Nurseries.
Bred by Michael Dirr, the pink buds open to full and fragrant pale pink flowers in spring. Centennial Blush provides buds at almost every node. It can be grown as a large shrub or small tree, and is perfectly suited for small urban gardens.
It's hardy in Zones 4-9.
