GROVELAND, Fla. – IMG Enterprises has announced the launch of their latest venture and a plan to create over 100 jobs with a new full service grounds maintenance company. IMG Enterprises is the parent company of several local businesses including Cherry Lake Tree Farm, a wholesale producers of ornamental trees, palms and shrubs in the Southeast United States and LegacyScapes, a landscape contracting company in the Central Florida market.
“We believe there is an unmet demand for reliable, high quality grounds maintenance services in the Central Florida market,” says Timothee Sallin, president of Cherry Lake Tree Farm and LegacyScapes. “With a lot of merger and acquisition activity happening in the grounds maintenance industry, customers now have very few options to choose from. We can offer a competitive, locally-owned family business alternative to the large national corporations.”
The new company will provide full service grounds maintenance for commercial and residential properties in the Central Florida market with an emphasis on South Lake county and West Orange county. “We intend to build our business around customer trust and loyalty driven by a shared passion for quality landscapes,” says Sallin. “Many of our clients understand the role of quality landscapes in driving revenue and profitability for their properties and are willing to pay for reliability and quality. The difficulty is in finding a professional landscape services company that can perform consistently and provide the level of customer service that they expect.”
By adding grounds maintenance to their portfolio, IMG Enterprises has created a fully integrated landscape company controlling the process from the production of seedlings in the greenhouse all the way through to the long term and sustainable care of the established landscapes. “Adding grounds maintenance is a natural evolution for our company,” says Sallin. “The added diversification strengthens our existing operations in landscape and horticulture and the integration will allow us to provide unique value for our clients.”
The company plans to create over 100 jobs in the next five years including 15 management positions. To help build this new company, IMG Enterprises has hired Wyatt Cartwright as Director of Grounds Maintenance. Wyatt is a Clermont resident with over 15 years experience in the industry. Most recently Wyatt was the branch manager for Austin Outdoors’ Davenport location.
