GARDENA, Calif. – In a move that launches an interiorscape division, Dworsky Partners, a firm that specializes in integrated acquisitions for companies in the building services industry, has formed a partnership with R&J Hall Environmental Services, an interiorscape company. The new entity, named Dworsky Interiorscape, LLC, gives the firm a presence in the Southern California interior landscaping market. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
“With the economy improving and commercial real estate reemerging, interior landscaping will be expanding at a rapid pace,” said David Dworsky (left), president and CEO of Dworsky Partners. “By choosing a well-respected firm such as this, our move into the interiorscape industry will enjoy great momentum, already having a strong base of more than 2,500 clients. Naturally, this provides a base for strong, successful growth.”
Robert Hall (right), who founded R&J Hall in 1995 and remains an owner in the newly formed entity, moves into the executive vice president and chief operating officer role. Dworsky will now carry a dual title, adding president and CEO of the Interiorscape division to his responsibilities.
Hall originally met Dworsky 25 years ago when he was working as the general manager for Van Herrick’s Environmental Planting, a landscaping management firm in California, which was purchased by Dworsky. The company was eventually sold to a national interiorscape firm.
“We have both seasoned our careers in the landscaping industry,” Hall said. “This new entity allows me to focus on expanding operations, while being a part of the Dworsky family strengthens our acquisitions capabilities.”
This is a strategic move for Dworsky, who focuses on acquiring micro-businesses in the building services industry, then maximizing their value by providing strategic growth support and, if needed, capital infusion for market expansion.
Dworsky and Hall plan to grow the company substantially by combining resources and expertise and expanding the firm’s reach throughout the Southern California commercial, retail, hospitality, municipal and residential sectors.
The firm’s client roster includes all Wells Fargo branch offices in Orange County along with the Wells Fargo corporate facilities located in Irvine and West Covina, the City of Cerritos, Sheraton Cerritos, The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center in Los Angeles, and the Macy’s Plaza located in downtown Los Angeles.
