Growers who choose to fill out the 2010 Census should count H-2A or H-2B program workers, who are present in the U.S. on a temporary basis. “They should be counted just as are U.S. citizens. For employers who are concerned about census information being used for other purposes, there are strong privacy protections and the information provided for the Census cannot be used for any enforcement targeting purposes,” according to ANLA.
