Applications for the Horticultural Research Institute Leadership Academy Class of 2026 are now being accepted.
The Leadership Academy is designed for professionals who aspire to take on greater leadership roles. The one-year program teaches participants business strategy, leadership, people management, advocacy and value chain management skills.
Preference is given to applicants with at least seven years of leadership experience and five years of industry experience.
