Galaxy donut peach trees (Prunus persica 'Galaxy') are known for their fruits' unique donut shape. This cultivar's fruit has an intense sweet flavor with a bright red and orange-yellow color. The flesh is white with a slightly pink tint near the pit. In the spring, the tree has pink and white blooms. Then in the fall, the green foliage turns golden yellow. It ripens in the summer, and only one plant is needed to fruit. When it's mature, this variety can bear an average of 50Ibs of fruit a year.
