Pre-registration is open for the 11th Annual Dallas Arbortem Plant Trials Field Day. The trials will take place on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and will include presentations by Brent Pemberton of Texas A&M University and Jimmy Turner and Jenny Wegley of the Dallas Arboretum, an open forum, dinner, trade show and tour of the trial gardens.
The Dallas Arboretum tests numerous annuals, sub-tropicals, bulbs, herbaceous perennials, and woody plants to determine the best plants for the unique climate of North Texas.
Pre-registration is $15 per person until June 20, 2012. After June 20th payments will be accepted on-site on June 27th for $25 per person. Payment must be made in advance for pre-registration and there are no refunds. The registration fee includes the cost of dinner.
