Fine Americas, a supplier of plant growth regulators for the horticultural and agricultural industries, has announced its appointment of Donette Faulk as sales manager for the Southwest United States.
Faulk has more than 30 years of experience in agronomic sales, pest control advising and strategic account development across the green industry. She has served in senior leadership roles at companies including Harrell’s, Wilbur-Ellis, Nimbus Water Systems, Helena and the Colorado State University Cooperative Extension.
Faulk’s track record includes expanding revenues by over 500% in key territories, pioneering water quality innovations and delivering education-based sales strategies that have resonated with growers, distributors and golf and landscape professionals. She also brings a background as a published author, educator and advocate for sustainable practices rooted in her upbringing on a Nebraska farm.
