Encore Azalea is holding contest to help name one of the newest Encore Azalea varieties, which will debut in retail stores Fall 2012. The contest runs Oct. 25-Nov. 14, with the winner receiving 10 3-gallon Encore Azaleas.
Encore Azalea will debut four new varieties in retail stores next fall. The new varieties have been bred to offer even more color and size options, and cold-hardiness to USDA Zone 6A.
Retailers can point customers who would like to enter the contest to this site. Or they can visit the Encore Azalea website by no later than Nov. 8 to submit a favorite name. They also can "like" Encore Azalea on Facebook.
The winning name will be announced first through the Encore Azalea Facebook page. Facebook fans will be the first to hear the winning name.
