In an effort to help growers get the most out of their spray equipment, Dramm now includes two QR Codes on each machine.
These QR Codes will automatically take the user to either the product page on our website, where they can access the sprayer manual, training videos and the product Forum, or to our Service web page, where they can schedule service, schedule a video chat or find contact information.
These QR Codes are easily accessed from most mobile phones without additional apps needed. Apple added QR functionality to its camera app in late 2017 and Android phones can scan using the Google App with the Screen Search function enabled. Some older or different phones may require the use of a third-party app to access QR Codes.
These codes should help Dramm customers access information about their equipment while in the field and away from their computers. A quick scan can allow them to look through the product manual or access videos on operation.
