The Dramm Corporation congratulates Ron Greening on his upcoming retirement at the end of December 2025, after more than 35 years with Dramm.
Greening began his Dramm career in operations, but his talent for sales was quickly recognized. Over the years, he contributed to the design and development of equipment and products for the commercial, livestock, fertilizer and retail segments.
As retail director of sales and marketing, Greening was instrumental in expanding Dramm’s retail presence. His achievements include pioneering the expansion of the product line to six rainbow colors, developing innovative merchandising displays and strengthening Dramm’s presence in the lawn and garden marketplace.
Russell Blackwell has been promoted to director of retail sales. In this new role, he will continue to manage retail sales in the eastern U.S. while also overseeing sales and marketing for Dramm’s entire retail segment. Blackwell, who joined Dramm in 2001, brings more than 35 years of horticulture experience and has extensive knowledge in both the commercial and retail markets. He has worked with Greening for over a decade.
Dramm is also welcoming Danielle Caldwell as western retail sales manager. She brings 14 years of experience in retail account management. In this role, she will support Dramm’s representatives and distributors throughout the western U.S. She will also collaborate with Blackwell and Dramm’s marketing team to develop new programs, create marketing initiatives and introduce new products as Dramm’s retail segment continues to grow.
“I am very excited and honored to be a part of the team,” Caldwell said. “A quote from Albert Einstein that I admire is, ‘Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.’ That philosophy inspires me, and I look forward to bringing that mindset to my work with Dramm.”
Greening will remain with the retail team through the end of 2025 to assist Blackwell with his transition and support Caldwell in her new role.
“We want to thank Ron for his years of service and success, and we congratulate Russell on his promotion as we welcome Danielle to the team,” said President Hans Dramm. “We wish Ron well and feel well-positioned for the future.”
