Dave Wilson Nursery, a grower of fruit, nut and ornamental trees, is promoting a longtime employee and bringing in new talent to fill key leadership positions.

“We are rooted in tradition but investing heavily in the future,” said CEO Seana Day. “By strengthening our leadership team, we’re better equipped to meet the evolving needs of orchardists, retailers and home gardeners across the country.”

Building on the legacy of four generations of family ownership, the new DWN management team is ready to do business with the next generation of growers and customers. As the company continues its transformation, these leaders will play a pivotal role in delivering the quality, service and support for which DWN has been known since 1938.

Kristin Camarena promoted to wholesale division director

Camarena has been promoted to lead the Wholesale Division, bringing more than a decade of nursery operations experience and a proven track record of strategic leadership to the role. As the wholesale division director, Camarena drove cross-functional alignment between sales, production, finance and fulfillment to ensure scalable growth. In her new role, she will focus on expanding DWN’s footprint, bringing new varieties to market and helping customers meet their business goals.

Lloyd Cassidy joins as territory manager for garden center sales

DWN welcomed Cassidy as a territory manager, expanding its capacity to serve independent garden centers with tailored support and strategic merchandising. With more than 35 years of experience in the horticulture industry, Cassidy brings extensive expertise spanning stone fruit, nut trees, citrus and grapes. His insights into consumer trends will help garden centers thrive in a competitive retail environment.

Brandi Rohr hired to strengthen technical sales and design expertise

Rohr joins the DWN team as a veteran horticulture professional with more than 30 years of experience in wholesale, retail and agricultural nursery sales. A certified arborist and former environmental consultant, Rohr brings a deep understanding of plant science, sourcing and landscape design. She is known for her ability to translate technical expertise into actionable guidance for farmers, landscapers and retailers.

These leadership appointments are part of a broader transformation at DWN aimed at modernizing operations and enhancing customer support.

“Growing trees for commercial and residential orchards requires a relentless commitment to quality, and these experienced professionals will help us continue to deliver quality trees people can count on to grow their businesses,” Day said.

With more than 85 years of experience and a legacy of four generations of family ownership, DWN is entering a new era defined by a steadfast commitment to quality, customer partnerships and continuous improvement.
