Certified Roses, Inc., a wholesale producer of award-winning garden roses, will assume management of Ran-Pro Farms, a Tyler, Texas nursery specializing in container grown ornamental trees and flowering shrubs. Ran-Pro Farms is pending sale to Huron, LLC of Arizona, according to a press release. Certified will commence management of operations at Ran-Pro effective January 1, 2022.
The pending sale of Ran-Pro Farms allows Certified Roses to expand its product offerings to include trees, shrubs and perennials. The move also strengthens its production and distribution capabilities by offering a wide selection of plants for today’s gardeners.
Founded in 1949, Certified Roses, Inc. is a leading producer and wholesaler of garden roses serving customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
