The 2017 California Association of Nurseries and Garden Centers Convention is scheduled for Nov. 14-15 in Napa, Calif., and that's not expected to change. Wildfires have raged through Northern California over the past two weeks. However, containment has increased as firefighters have worked to control the blazes.
The association sent a news release confirming the convention is "a definite go" and "the perfect way to show support for our industry and for Napa and Sonoma counties as they begin to rebuild."
The event will take place at the Marriott Hotel and Spa in Napa, Calif. Book by Oct. 26 to receive the CANGC group rate.
Topics to be discussed at the conference include the ongoing restriction of chemicals, labor, automation, pests, e-commerce, and more. View the full schedule here.
