BioWorks, a provider of growing solutions to the horticulture industry, recently announced the launch of a new interactive service on its website: Ask the Experts.
The service is designed to allow professional growers to communicate directly with the experts at BioWorks by phone, e-mail, or video conference via Skype.
“Our goal is to give our visitors and customers an easy and accessible way to get pressing questions or concerns resolved. We hope the new service will allow us to achieve that goal,” said Joe Gionta, BioWorks director of sales and marketing.
