ANLA members may register now to participate in a “Surviving Obamacare: Understanding the Affordable Care Act” webinar. The webinar will be held Tuesday, Feb. 26, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Eastern time. It will feature issue experts John Satagaj, who serves as president of the Small Business Legislative Council and legal consultant to ANLA; as well as Lynn Jacquez, with ANLA’s labor and immigration law counsel CJ-Lake, LLC. 

Satagaj and Jaquez will review how to determine if you fall under the employer mandate to provide coverage. Most of the remaining presentation will then focus on specific compliance issues and options for covered businesses. To register now, click here.
