Leonard Forged Steel Bypass Loppers offer a 1-3/4-inch cutting capacity. These loppers feature forged high-carbon steel cutting blades. We heat-treat the blades to harden the edge and then plate them with chrome. These bypass loppers have ovular-shaped aluminum alloy handles.
