The Mayer 2040 Nursery Potting Machine can handle large pots with ease

The new Mayer 2040 Nursery Potting machine is made for handling large pots. Equipped with the revolutionary new Pot Jet, this custom dispenser provides all the flexibility that today’s nursery growers require. The Pot Jet de-stacking system uses a stainless steel 4 knuckle like screws to de-stack pots one by one, easily and efficiently while preventing pots from sticking together. The Pot Jet system also features a new touch screen control panel that allows growers to quickly switch between pot sizes with a touch of a button. The Mayer 2040 can process up to 2000 pots per hour and can handle pot sizes from 4.5” to 16”. It also includes an onboard soil hopper with a capacity of up to 6.5 cubic yards.
