Valuable leaders listen intently. They encourage others and they are honest. They inspire innovation. Rosalynn Carter said, “A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be.”
Now in its third year, the 2019 Horticultural Leadership Awards (HILA) are honoring six recipients who share these qualities. Greenhouse Management, Nursery Management and Syngenta congratulate these remarkable men and women who represent the green industry with fortitude.
