St. Paul, Minn. – The annual Bailey Nurseries Customer Expo will again return to the Nord Farm production facility in Cottage Grove, Minn. on Thursday, July 27. Open to all Bailey Nurseries customers, this year the event will focus on “Bridging the Gap,” with education seminars by ZingTrain and retail display inspiration focused on reaching Millennials and non-gardeners through creative marketing, engaging in-store displays and heightened customer service.

“Connecting with Millennials and people that aren’t avid gardeners is really about meeting them on their level and on platforms they’re most comfortable,” said marketing and communications manager Alec Charais. “At the Expo, we’ll be giving our customers solid takeaways that can be implemented at the store level. Whether it’s display ideas, communications strategies or marketing techniques, everyone that comes to the Expo will find something new to take back.”
